        My 88 year old Father has been going to Ascend Osteopathy for several months now and it has been so wonderful for his balance, strength and conditioning. He has physio every fortnight and in the off week he does a supervised exercise session which is such a good idea and ensures that he keeps doing them. Physio Jena is knowledgable, a great communicator and very caring, Dad forgot to go one week and she was worried so contacted me to make sure he was ok. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.

        Ascend Osteopathy are great. Jena really works with patients to listen to and understand their issues and then provide customised treatment plans. Easily the best osteo I've ever been to.
