Pro Dog Training

Hi my dog Harlow has only had 3 sessions and has improved so much more, still reactive with other dogs but homework given has been extremely helpful, big thanks to Buddy!! (I think thats his name?)

I have trained dogs professionally for over 20 years and am always eager to learn and be challenged with my own dogs. After much searching, and delay due to cost, I found ProDog. Nicole and the ProDog team are top notch. Skills in class are worked on rather than tested. I receive specific advice for my style and dog and given freedom to be creative. I feel respected for my knowledge and challenged to think differently. Advice is specific and clear. Classes are well managed with skill level and energy. I feel motivated to improve my relationship with my dog and sharpen our skills as a team. I appreciate that the ProDog team are always seeking knowledge to develop themselves as well. The cost is well worth it and I only wish I would have started with them sooner.

I recently worked with Michele in some private sessions with my 5 year old girl who doesn't take well to strangers. It was impossible to stop her barking if someone entered our home, she would get extremely on edge. After only a few sessions, I was seeing a different dog. Michele taught me how to strengthen my communication/relationship with my dog without just telling me what to do but also explaining why. It is clear Michele is both highly experienced and passionate about what she does, I'm incredibly appreciative of the work she's done for me and my dog. I would recommend Michele and Pro Dog in a heartbeat, I'll certainly be back if I introduce a new pup to my pack. Big thanks!

We rescued a bonded pair of Jack Russell mixes and sought training from ProDog as there were some problematic behaviours that we were trying to manage. Sue was wonderful, and we learned a lot of tips and were able to implement these and see progress in the dogs. We paid upfront for 6 sessions over two months, but unfortunately, after six weeks, we decided to rehome the dogs as we weren't coping well, and neither were they. I was a bit disappointed that we couldn't get our money back for the remaining three classes (approx. $300.00). I realise it's a unique situation, but I was disappointed. Other than that, the experience was positive.
