Unattending Receptionist. Went back twice to ask if i need to fill up documents since she mentioned it the first time i was waiting. Told me no and asked me to sit. Then went to where i sat to tell me to register to be seen, that's after 30min waiting.

Today, my 32 week scanning appointment was 2:10 afternoon. I reached there before time they kept me waiting first 2:34 I waited and also informed them I have appointment at 3pm somewhere else they said it is gonna to take few mints but I wait 2:50 still they said its gonna take few mints same comments. I agree if they have any problem at least tell the waiting person that they dont know how much time it takes . So, the other person can manage their appointment or they have time they can wait. I never recommend anyone to book their appointment there first they have too much waiting time in days and ones you booked in then too much waiting time. Please watch for yourself before booking. Book somewhere else i-med they have better service there and not too much waiting time. Last I want to mentioned one more thing I drank water from 1pm and didnt use washroom for my scanning as they told. So, please check before any booking. Thanks

Ive requested 3 call backs now and havent gotten a single call back???

Please update your opening hours to avoid confusion. It says open sat and Sunday. When i reach there yesterday then come to know its close. Its misleading information.
