Dr. Felix Sim - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Doctor Felix is very professional. Receptionists are very rude and aggressive Receptionist is responding in a rude tone as if she is frustrated with doctors clients that they are asking questions. I feel very intimidated by receptionist. Communication skills are poor but need to go ahead with my treatment Receptionist is the face of the business and its a shame to employ unethical rude and uncultured aggressive person as it puts the whole place in a dark light . Her aggressive demeanour is a shame Still putting 5 stars for the doctor only I hope he is aware what his staff behaves like and addresses to this so they dont ruin the clinic reputation

My husband had an appointment for a tooth removal later this month, however the situation became quite urgent and the surgery thankfully squeezed him in this week. My husband spoke very highly of Felix and his treatment.

My daughters oral surgery was preformed by Dr Felix Sim.We had a very positive experience with him.He was very clear in his explanations and had a very kind manner.I would recommend him to anyone who needs oral care.Also great reception staff, always happy to answer any questions.Very helpful.
