Good luck getting past the old white-haired Dragon lady Karen who works at the reception desk! She is extremely rude and disrespectful to patients. She doesnt listen and embarrassed herself multiple times in front of other patients and I witnessed her being difficult with many others. This woman is prejudice, refuses to listen and takes her issues out on patients. Other than the abusive customer service the doctor I saw was lovely and had to apologise for the receptionists behaviour. I suggest she reconsiders her job position maybe janitor work suits her better.

I went to treatment room for my son in urgency as his head was knocked in locker door at his school. Dr. Adam Musah's polite and humble treatment to my son really impressed both of us, not only once but TWICE. He is a very humble, polite and respectful person.
