Unprofessional and terrible wait times. Over a 2 hour wait time with a lack of urgency and care for other peoples schedules. Do not recommend this place at all i believe 6 year olds could run a tighter shop.

Absolute lack of regard for the appointment times. I do not expect to be seen within 10, 15 or even 30 minutes, but over 3 hours on number of occasions, of which almost half of the time in the doctor's room?! I'm not the one to question doctors but his remedy for my skin problem was... bizarre. I wouldn't recommend neither the clinic or the doctor JG.

Wouldn't go near this place with a 10 foot pole. Terrible waiting times, have waited over 3 hours on multiple occasions to be constantly told there is "one more patient before me". They are never ever on time, don't attempt to book an appointment if you've got plans because no one knows how long it will take. Dr Green rushes through all appointments (I've only ever been a maximum 10 minutes in his office) and doesn't stop to take a breathe and listen to his patients. He prescribes medications on a whim with little to no explanation. I've been misdiagnosed twice now by him, other dermatologists have questioned why I was ever prescribed certain things by Dr Green because it just made the problem worse. Through other reviews, it seems to be a recurring problem that he prescribes the wrong medications and just assumes what the problem is without any further examination.

Could not recommend Dr Diana and Western Dermatology enough. Everyone was very welcoming right from the beginning. I have had a very positive experience. Despite being a busy clinic, I did not have to wait long for my appointment.
