BMG Caravans - Franklin and Fantasy Caravans

I highly recommend BMG caravans for their excellent, professional and caring customer service. As they are a Truma service agent l asked them for assistance with my water heater and it was attended to the following day. The problem was diagnosed and solved. Many thanks to Jason, Aaron, Barry and Carmen for helping me out so quickly and for their consideration that l had to drive over 2 hours to Ballarat. Carmen even called me the next day to make sure all was well.

We bought our Franklin core from BMG in 2021. Aaron and the team have been terrific, particularly over the last 12 months. We have just finished The Lap around Oz and our van has been awesome. When we did need help with the occasional hiccup Aaron made time for us, talking through issues on the phone or arranging assistance for us. He has always been helpful, friendly and patient.
