        Very poor customer service, staff was very rude and didnt communicate well with the customer. She didnt even apologize when she gave the wrong size to us.

        Friendly but limited knowledge and experience with fitting kids shoes. Measured my son for size 3x big and didn't understand the anatomy or needs of kids vs adult shoes. Go to pivot they stock sketcher anyway and much better service
