I honestly have no idea if this company is legitimate or not. I have no idea how they got my contact information as my doctor did not refer me to them. I'm in NSW and they are in VIC so it's very odd. Wanted me to pay upfront for a video chat appointment and said someone would be in touch about a sleep study. It's been a month and haven't heard a thing.

Having been a bit anxious about what l was in for Taylah very quickly put me at ease. The house was great, very private and comfortable. I learnt a lot from Taylah, who was able to explain many things about sleep issues that l had no knowledge about. It was a positive experience, and l thank Taylah for making it so.

Every appointment I have had here has been rebooked, and the one I said I couldn't change, I had multiple receptionists ring me to push me to do so and in the end the doctor spent less than 10 min with me and charged me nearly $300. I was given very wrong information about pricing and waiting times for every procedure I have had done here. The receptionists were cold and the whole experience has not felt good at all. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone and even though I need more follow up for my sleep issues, I've decided to stop until I find somewhere else to go. The ONLY reason I gave this place two stars was because of Taylah, otherwise it would have been 0. She was absolutely fantastic. Lovely, kind, and made sure I understood everything and had all the knowledge I needed for the sleep study.
