A special new winery, redefining their range, brand and overall experience. Great to enjoy while they're at this early stage and creating something new. Make sure you make a booking otherwise they won't have enough nibbles / cheese for you.

On April 1, we went to the Harvest festival at Panacea and we had an absolutely amazing time. We started with a bottle of the sparkling wine, which was delicious. Very refreshing on a warm day in the sun. We were then shown through the vineyard, where we learned a little about the grapes, harvesting and pruning. It was all very interesting. Following that, we headed back up to the cellar door where we were soon stomping the grapes, which was great fun. We ordered more wine (HIGHLY recommend the shiraz as its amazing) and the wonderful entertainment soon started. And what great entertainment it was! We enjoyed the delightful platter and the wines (and took some home of course). In the late afternoon there was quite a crowd, and everyone was having a fabulous time. Thank you to everyone at Panacea. It was an awesome day and we look forward to our next visit. For anyone out this way, do yourselves a favour and head to Panacea. You will not regret it.

The location, atmosphere, flexibility to accommodate your wishes are the best. As for the wines, I can only share my thoughts on their bubbles as that is all I drink but many give me bad sinus. Panaceas bubbles suited me perfectly, too easy to drink and no sinus next morning.

We had an amazing Christmas party at Panacea Estate. Cheese boards were simply amazing and filled with home made and local produce, a great relaxed vibe and beautiful wines and scenery will definitely be back!
