I saw Dr. Emily Young and it was one of the best specialist interactions I have ever had. She was patient, gentle and listened very well. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed. She explained every step she was taking, and asked permission for each step of the procedure. She was extremely thorough. My appointment was late but after seeing the time she takes with each patient, it's clear that she takes her job seriously and cares about finding solutions for everyone, and the wait was no trouble. As an adult with Autism and ADHD I second the other reviews that noted they are great for people on the spectrum.

Only doing a score of 2 because my nose since surgery hasn't been straight or right and nobody seems to listen and I'm quite embarrassed and upset about my nose since having surgery. But my son had an awesome surgery through the place. And healed perfect but I guess my experience was just hard and disappointing makes me wish I never got it. But other then that good place...

Writing this for my husband Rod. He found Dr. Clancy knowledgeable and very friendly. She did tests that day to determine the problem. Going back today for results.
