Good doctors, appalling customer service on the front desk. There had been a mistake with my booking date and Bailee broke down crying when I asked what my options were with going about booking another appointment that day. Someone then took over and was exceptionally rude to me when trying to solve the issue at hand. Maybe some training on listening and treating customers with respect is necessary. I walked never wanting to book another appointment there again due to someone having a clearly emotionally bad day behind the desk. Not good enough.

Doctors are very good. My Doctor Doctor Slattery is very caring and always ready to listen cant speak more highly of the Cambourne clinic doctors and nurses. I also like the personal touch of the receptionist one in particular who always puts a special note on the next appointment card mine always says to lovely Lady. Just the simple little things when you feel down or sick is a lovely touch. Thankyou

My daughter had blood tests and when the doctor rang to give her the results the phone call lasted less than 5min and she was charged $78 dollars. Not good enough for a school leaver having to pay this much for a 2min call
