My mate & I attended the Warrnambool store yesterday with intent to each purchase a pair of sunglasses each. We are both local, return customers. However following the interaction with the young woman who greeted us on entry not only will we not return to the store, we wouldn't recommend our friends or family to attend in future either. While I appreciate that the covid pandemic has been a difficult time for local businesses & individuals alike, it's not acceptable for anyone to treat customers as she did. I have a medical exemption for not wearing a mask, which this staff member was apparently unsatisfied with & refused me entry into the store as I did not, nor do I have to, provide this to her. Might be worthwhile engaging your staff in appropriate training regarding her legal standing on demanding this documentation & the discrimination act.

I highly recommend going to Kevin Paisley. The staff were an absolute delight and extremely helpful in finding the perfect pair of glasses for me. If excellent customer service is what you're after then look no further, Kevin Paisley is the place for you.
