MR John Crock is an amazing hand surgeon, warm and professional. I had really good experience dealing with the receptionist staff member, even had phone call consultation moved forwarded, MR J Crock called on the public holiday to consult. On the day of face to face consultation, he shows his professionalism. He walked me out and showed me the beautiful fully blossom spring garden when the consultation is finished. What an experience! Thank you! And even better, my thumb injury is recovering well.

In 2020 I had carpal tunnel that bad that it got to the point where I could not eat a meal with a knife and fork without putting the utensils down and shaking my hands every 2 mouthfuls, they became numb constantly. I could not write a sentence with a pen without my fingers going completely numb. Dr. John Crock performed surgery on my worst hand gave the other hand a steriod injection, the relief has been amazing! My writing also improved immensely.

John Crock is an amazing surgeon. Recently he removed a large skin cancer from my face and it is actually impossible to see any trace of scarring at all. His entire team headed by Shane who is an expert surgical assistant as well as practice manager is excellent. John Crock is not only a brilliant surgeon he is also is an amazing humanitarian who spends countless hours teaching and performing surgery in the third world countries as well as teaching and mentoring local trainees. Despite being an outstanding surgeon John is humble and caring so as a patient you feel you are in the safest hands.
