    I was looking at getting back into a structured fitness routine after 4 years & 2 kids. I found that class times at gyms weren't very 'working mum friendly'. That's when I came across I Want Fitness. The class times are great. Whilst working out in a group environment you can work at your own pace/level. Isabella provides a great energy & a very welcoming environment. I'd definitely recommend to others!

    Some things in your life you can say are life changing. Joining the I Want Fitness team is just that...life changing!! I was tired, unfit and very apathetic about pretty much everything in my life. I started to sit in the pensioner seats on the train and label myself as "past it"- I was fifty. I decided to give exercise classes a go. I joined IWF and signed up for 3 classes a week. I thought the classes would be like others I had tried - a set of exercises that were done the same way every session. Well, I was so delighted! Isabella's classes were fun and no two classes were ever the same. In some sessions, we threw enormous dice and had to compete in teams against each other! Some sessions were based on the game Bingo and others involved pyramid workouts where we gradually added exercises. I was hooked!! Another great feature of IWF is the high standard of coaches. Some specialize in flexibility and stretching. Others work you through the core in sessions such as Pound where drum sticks are pounded on the ground and in the air as you literally groove your behind off to sensational " watch me crush it" music. Boxing sessions are awesome as you work in pairs and generally have a laugh with your partner. But, by far, the best thing about IWF is Isabella, the Manager. She holds your hand through this journey into fitness and health. She is an excellent coach and not only makes us all laugh with her crazy sense of humour, but she is there for you 24/7. She inspires you to be the best version of yourself and all her care and support is one hundred percent from the heart. Thanks to Isabella, I have attended fashion sessions that have helped me be more confident and love the shape I am. I have been guided in my food choices with nutrition sessions. I have buddied up with others in challenges such as The Winter Warrior and made some excellent friends. I have joined a regular Saturday Morning Chat Group which has continued to run even during the Pandemic. The friendship and the support that I have gained through IWF does not have a dollar figure. I have literally changed from a depressed housewife to a vibrant, happy woman that walks tall and giggles regularly! My only hope is that more woman join our happy clan and as well as getting fit, find joy in every day!

    I Want Fitness is a wonderful group of ladies that have a common interest in health and fitness. I have been a member for a number of years and made many friendships throughout this time. I love the variety of sessions available and working out in a fun environment. Isabella our amazing trainer is all about striving to be the best version of yourself. She has provided education sessions and group challenges to keep us motivated to achieve our goals. I would recommend I Want Fitness to any fitness level.

    I first joined I Want Fitness when I moved interstate with my husband and 3 young children. For me, it was a way to meet like minded mums and women who wanted to move and feel good about their bodies, and that's what I found. A supportive group of women who are strong through movement and strong through their support of each other. Isabella has a strong focus towards supporting Mums and their changing bodies with postnatal care and educating around pelvic floor health Her classes are challenging but also focus on safety. Would recommend to any woman looking to move and improve their fitness.

    Started at I want fitness 6 months ago as I needed to get my fitness back on track .. to control what I could during the pandemic. I wanted somewhere with friendly accountability, flexible options around my husbands shift work and young kids. 2 years ago I couldnt walk more than 2 houses without stopping due to 2 bulging discs post c-sections and poor core. Isabella is great at giving options for exercises you cant do as well as focusing on pelvic floor and core strength. I love that the stretch and yoga are online after the kids are in bed so I can do them when partner is working. As well as the 9.30 class where I can bring my 4yo if I need to. Through the challenge of covid lockdown they have remained supportive, getting us back in person as soon as possible and giving great, workouts you can do in a small space on zoom. So glad I finally started after years of I Want Fitness being recommended to me.
