        Jason, my Optometrist, was very good. I felt that at all times he was knowledgeable and confident and I trusted him. I did not however, feel the same about the staff member who processed my order for 2 pairs of specs. She didn't seem to be familiar with her job and had to ask for assistance several times. I was told that if I had problems with the news tri-focals, I should return with them and the issue would be rectified. I did this several days ago but the staff member I had was rude and loud and tried to make me feel as if I didn't have a clue what I was talking about. She deliberately spoke in a very loud tone and I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I ended up ordering a 3rd pair of glasses because the original pair gave me headaches. I doubt very much that I will ever return to the Wangaratta store.
