Aged Care Ready

We used Aged Care Ready to find a final home for our father suffering with Alzheimers disease. Without their expertise & vast knowledge, we wouldnt have known where to begin to navigate through the Aged Care system. Naomi and Kirsty have been wonderful, so caring & always made themselves available when we needed them. We even had a zoom call with Naomi whilst she was O.S on holiday.. These ladies from Aged Care Ready provided us with exceptional service and would highly recommend them to anyone going through this difficult time with their family..

There are not enough words to describe what Naomi and Kirsty from Aged Care Ready mean to families in need of aged care facilities and help for their aging parents. Pre Naomi and Kirsty it was total chaos and our attempts to get help for dad were futile. The second they took over; we felt a huge sense of relief as they helped us navigate through the aged care system and worked out an immediate and then long-term plan. Working with Aged Care Ready meant that dads needs came first above everything else, and they were working for us relentlessly. It felt like we were the only family they were working with. I cant thank Naomi and Kirsty enough and would highly recommend their services to anyone who cares to listen. They are truly angels with no wings.

I had the pleasure of meeting Naomi this morning and introducing her to a new client of Life Organised. The meeting was meaningful, insightful and the service Naomi and her team provides is second to none. The knowledge Naomi has and the resources at her disposal are what you want your family, friends and clients to know before moving into aged care or a preferred retirement village. Aged Care Ready fee's are worth every penny. I'm in total of awe of this service and I personally & professionally found the meeting really moving. It's clear from the outset, Naomi's priority is the client. When dipping your toe into the water of aged care, you want someone on your team bus and that's what Aged Care Ready is... peace of mind for all parties. Naomi and her incredibly caring team at Aged Care Ready are wonderful people to trust with you or your loved one's Aged Care journey. The team know all the available options for you, and you truly believe that they are looking after their client's best interests. For my grandmother, they have arranged Meals on Wheels and other supports that will allow her to continue to live comfortably at home. Anyone who has a loved one entering that stage of their life or anyone wishing to plan ahead would do well to talk to Naomi and the Aged Care team to navigate this complicated space with confidence and knowledge.

The service that Naomi Anderson of Aged Care Ready offer is absolutely priceless!! She guided us through all the options for Dad when Mum passed away suddenly. From caring for him at home to respite and ultimately his permanent care arrangement. She inspected facilities, asked questions of the management we didn't even know to ask & found a place that matched him socially, medically, geographically & financially. I will forever be grateful for the assistance Naomi provided in one the most challenging times of our lives. Dad is very happy in his new home and we all have peace of mind that he is safe and cared for. Thank you Naomi
