I went for my appointment with great anticipation after previous unpleasant experiences from other Capital outlets. What a remarkable difference, staff were kind, gentle, caring, an absolute delight to be with. Never even felt the needle going in or out of the arm. Doctor K was super excellent, a true professional that cares for the patients, thank you for the tremendous service

I rang your clinic at 8.30 this morning on my land line and at the same time rang your other Vermont clinic on my mobile. After 1 full hour had an answer from the first clinic to no avail and hung on my mobile for another 13 minutes before hanging up. Yesterday I had the same experience from your Box Hill clinic and Camberwell clinic. Should have read the reviews first,It is a joke when your google comment say you are looking into the phone delays. Rang back my G.P. who has given a referral to a more efficient clinic and will not be referring clients to you in the future.

Capital Radiology MRI Vermont South's administrators and Medical practitioners are efficient but caring in their approach. Appointments were running on time and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Space for 3 cars and 1 for emergency services.

If you are going to have an MRI at this place in Vermont , then please double check your appointment time is 110% confirmed , even if you respond YES to the text message and I advise not to plan anything else important for that day as you will be waiting a very very very long time for the time of the appointment and when you actually go in , as in my case nearly one and a half hours wait not including the setup time for the procedure itself , add another 30 minutes to that. Also , please fix the air conditioning.Will be contacting my GP to refer me to another radiology clinic even if I have to pay for it.
