Went for a passport photo service and was told he can't send digital image email as they don't do it at the end after payment. Turned out it's standard for Auspost to send an email with the digital photo or they redo it at no cost as per the website. Went back after few hours to get him to email and he then said he has deleted the images already. Will now need to go back again to click a new photo and get that emailed. Pathetic way of being lazy and misleading customers and wasting their time

After a failure attempting to deliver notification ( havent received a collection notification) I went in anyway to collect my parcel at 4:57pm on Wednesday, the staff went above and beyond, he said the delivery driver dropped off the undelivered parcels, havent been scanned but hell look for it. Got my parcels and left the place happily within 10mins! Thank you!

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Always greeted with a smile and displays genuine care when picking up parcels that were unable to be delivered. Keep up the good work!

Very helpful and friendly man. We were there at 5pm when they supposed be closed, he was still helping us to renew our passports. Thank you and much appreciated
