Ozone Clean Laundrette

Nearly rated this laundrette 1 star, but got a resolution to my problem so am rating 4 stars. None of the machines were working when I came on 25/1/23. I loaded my washing and detergent but when I tried to pay (tried via the kiosk on site as well as on mobile via a QR code), I got an error message saying the washer was "not ready for payment" (pictured). I tried this on several washers on site but none worked. I called the service number and the operator was extremely rude and uphelpful, and didn't try to understand the issue. She did however take my details and said "they" will call me back. I had given up at this point and was willing to cut my losses (time and detergent I'd already loaded) and leave, at which point I promptly received a phone call from someone who understood my problem immediately and was able to restart the machine remotely and enable me to get my washing done. I am rating it 4 stars on the assumption that it normally works well here. The card payment feature is theoretically convenient, and instructions otherwise clear, and the place was clean. Would come back again and hope everything is working as it should!

Did not like all of the insects and mozzies inside of the laundry as I couldn't even feel comfortable sitting down to wait for my washing cause of the possibility of being bitten by mosquitoes.. also didn't want to fold my washing there as there were bugs on the folding benches...
