Uni Melb services seem to have taken a real dive lately and Career Connect is no exception. Their website directed me to lodge an enquiry for an issue I was having and they literally took four weeks to reply to my question, by which time Id missed the event Id been trying to sign up for. The joke was on me, because after those four weeks of no word, when they finally replied their advice was to log an IT ticket. No apology for the delay, nothing that would be considered customer service at all.. this is not the first time Ive had a dismally disappointing interaction with Uni Melbs services lately. It feels like the uni treats students with distain, which includes taking 20+ days to reply to enquiries, then behaving like the student has too high expectations when youre upset by the delay. One star is generous, Im quite fed up with them.
