        Really shocking that I've been there twice and no-one seems to have undergone any training. Arrived early at 8am, and no batch brew and the EFT terminal wasn't turned on or set up and staff didn't know how to get the Green Cup app. Came back a week later during the day, the batch brew wasn't even made that day and the staff didn't know how to put a refund through. Very frustrating
