The HIIT classes are really good if youre looking for a more casual group exercise class. Its a completely different layout every time so it doesnt get monotonous. The adults Journey to Black Belt program is also fantastic. Takes a little over three years but it really does improve not only your physical fitness but also your mental resilience.
