I pre-ordered a Funko. The site clearly stated the time frame in which the Funko would be shipped. Naturally, it took a while because it was a pre-order, an item high in demand, and had to be shipped to the US. But it was worth the wait. I received the Funko as described in the time framed stated on the site. Thanks!

Don't even bother. I ordered a product which was listed as in stock and I'm not that far away from the seller. Took an email and a week before the order even went to pending, then another week for it to go to processing. Was promised it was going to be sent 2 days ago. No reply to emails, no reply to messenger message requests. Finally cancelled the order then took an admin fee from my payment. Avoid this dodgy brothers outfit like the plague, slow to process, slow to respond, poor communication. I'll be getting that 90 cent "cancellation fee" back Hardik, it's not about the money, it's about your lack of trust, integrity and respect for your customers. Edit: If you think I'm buying off you again you're delusional. You lied to me twice so you don't get another chance.

SCAM PAGE!! After not receiving a response, I come from the police to file 4 criminal COMPLAINTS and two of them international and from what the expert policeman told me, they will open an investigation, since they have denounced 5 more people than I have advised, My complaints are with lawyers and judge testifying my words, (I will attach them in the photographs). I bought on the web and it never arrived nor did anyone take care of the order, they also insulted me by chat. I have gone to the police and they have advised me to REPORT, I have attached the LOCATION OF SAID COMPANY, WHATSAPP CAPTURES, REVIEWS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS and many more things. I WILL NOT WITHDRAW THE COMPLAINT UNTIL I RECEIVE THE MONEY. It is a BAD company, they do not take care of anything and they scam people. I have also started an anti-fraud plan for instagram, facebook and tik tok and twitter, thanks to the help of an influencer who is starting to publish everything on his social networks and I have 3,000 followers on mine and I am also starting to publish it now. Let's hope justice is served. I WILL ONLY WITHDRAW THE COMPLAINT IF I RECEIVE MY MONEY. THANK YOU.
