Here's the one genuine review out of all these reviews. It's hard to understand how a company could be this incompetent. Here's the stats on my experience. 12 shirts ordered, 9 mistakes made, 70 emails, 10+ calls and 10mths later, the order is cancelled and not complete. I worked with this company for 10mths to get my correct order completed. In the end, after stuffing up the 6th round of mistakes, they finally told me they couldn't finish my order. At one point, I was informed that I would have to pay freight on the fixed error, i.e. we made a mistake, and you need to pay for it. I even got the "sorry your emails went to junk mail" when they stopped responding to my inquiries about where the fixed order was. According to this company, you pay for your goods, then pay for their mistakes, you wait 10mths for errors to be fixed and eventually, you don't get what you paid for. It's a great joke for everyone not involved. If you have read this review and have an order, for the love of god, run. Buy a printing press and do it yourself; it will certainly be easier.
