Fantastic service, both sales and aftersale. Answered enquiries promptly, and I made quite a few calls! A great system, we now have more power than we need! 6.6kW panels and 16.4kW battery. Off grid and loving it. We can't believe how quick the battery fully charges and we're running a heat pump 24/7. Thanks Green Bank.

George is great to deal with, and am very pleased with the Green Bank product. The changeover of our existing off-grid storage from lead-acid to a Green Bank lithium battery transformed the system from one that required regular monitoring to one that is now use and forget. The pricing was competitive, and George opened his warehouse at short notice on a public holiday to supply the product. Thanks George! Overall, highly recommended!

I bought a battery (48v 350 AH WG48350) from Greenbanks a couple of months ago. The value for money ($/KWH) was exceptional. It was by far the best value in the Australian market, including the kits that need to be assembled. I have been using the battery since purchase. It's 350AH capacity is superior to my old 1000AH SLA bank. Greenbanks' service was incredible. I highly recommend Greenbanks' products and services.

Great personalised service. George went out of his way to provide remote support to get me up and running wit the batteries he supplied. George has strong product knowledge and was willing to spend time on the phone to ensure my system was operating the way I wanted. Full service operator. Not just another salesman.
