        This reserve was created approx 5 years ago but sadly the water feature has deteriated to the point that it is just an eye sore. It is is Council responsibility to manage this water feature but I doubt anything has been done since it was established. I walk that area most days and have watched it slowly get to the point now of rubbish being thrown into the water and this morning it appears traces of oil on the surface. Would be interested to see if other residents feel the same way. Given that we pay such expensive rates in Traralgon, I don't think it's asking too much for Council to visit this area and clean it up!
