        Medicare is shared with NDIS. The hours there are 9 - 5 Mon to fri. NOT 8.30 to 4.30.

        Lined up outside for 45 minutes just to get inside as only 4 people allowed at one time... only appeared to be 2 staff on. Happily once inside my issue was solved in under 10 minutes by a very friendly and helpful team member. If they had sufficient staff for the number of people requiring service, I would have given a higher rating. Not the staff's fault.. but Medicare needs to do better.
