        My wife and I were in the market for a new Ranger Sports. My wife has mobility issues and we tried to park as close as we can to the showroom. We spent around 15 mins looking at the various options in full site of the showroom, no one bothered to check if we needed any assistance of any kind. We finally went into the showroom to obtain information, a test drive and a quote. A salesman of sorts finally approached us to assist. Never an introduction, limited information, no offer of a test drive given and during our visit he chewed gum the whole time. This all happened over a week ago with no follow up. We have since placed an order with a reputable local dealer. Extremely disappointing

        I came in ready to pay cash for a new Everest. Looked for ages, there was no one else there looking but somehow there werent any salespeople available to sell me a car I guess Im driving to Melbourne this afternoon to buy one.

        Have now bought four vehicles from this dealer (Jeep, Ford and two Kias) and have had an excellent experience each time. Particularly impressed with the service from Cheryl for our most recent purchase of a new Everest Platinum.
