By far, the best dentist I have been to. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, and so very helpful getting my husband an appointment with his strange work schedule,and very welcoming to my assistance dog. The dentists themselves were fantastic! communicated throughout the appointment, making the process so much easier. Great service, can't recommend more.

I am totally blind with a seeing eye dog after attending this dental clinic for the second time I have found the dentist very good. He explains everything thats going on which eases the mind. I have also found the admin Sarah to be very helpful as well Offering to look after my seeing eye dog, one time behind the counter while I went in to have my teeth done. Ive also found other staff members to be friendly as well. I highly recommend this dentist clinic to anyone wanting their teeth checked.

Love Dr Chai and the team. I followed them from their Morwell practise to Valley gentle dental and I have referred all of my family now. Keep up the amazing work team!

Best dentist I've been to, hands down. From the receptionist being friendly and helpful, to the dentist being efficient and gentle. Best dentist, will go there forever now.
