BEWARE of their Zero - Poor Customer Service After this horrid experience I'll never risk using their online store. I called Clearance Kingdom on the phone a few minutes ago, to ask some questions about an item they had advertised online. I did this because the description online was just a generic "Cut & Paste" description and I wanted to know some specifics about the actual condition of the item. The guy who answered, was not helpful and he didn't seem to know what he was doing at all. He was not in the least bit helpful and I got the impression that he felt that I was another unwanted interruption in his work day. Because he seemed so inept, I suggested that he ask his co-worker (or manager). I could clearly hear their conversation and the other person sounded like a lady with a middle eastern accent. She was worse than him, and basically told him to get rid of me and "be more firm". (I was at all times being polite in my conversation.) I then heard him start talking to different person a few seconds later they hung up on my call. I immediately called back a couple more times and they didn't answer, when I knew full well that they were there. This is blatantly a business run with Zero customer service. They couldn't spell the words customer service let alone give it. I would never recommend them and I strongly suggest that you stay clear of patronising any business with this kind of attitude. They clearly Do Not Deserve our money.
