Dean is an authentic teacher & master of meditation. I have studied with Dean for 4 years and would not miss a class. The method taught belongs to a 9th/10th century lineage, the Siddha Nath tradition of Western India.This is important if you want more than modern day "mindfulness" or yoga to "look good". The classes are designed to help you develop a daily yoga meditation practice. Deans intellect, experience as a Forensic Psychologist, combined with his 7 + years studying meditation in India, delivers an understanding & level of knowledge that is unique.

Though founded in centuries of tradition and yogic lineage, Mind Yoga meditation classes are refreshingly down-to-earth. Grounded in a simplicity of delivery... and humour, Dean Das's 'method of meditation practices' belies the complexity of his knowledge of meditation and his lived experience of altered states of consciousness. Dean Das so seamless and generously imparts his knowledge, it's only over time I've come to recognise the profundity of his understanding of meditation.. ...and life!! AND... I didn't have to go to India! I cannot recommend his courses highly enough.

I have been going to Dean's classes for over 5 years his teaching and practices have become an important part of my life. I really enjoy going to class as it is a relaxing place with welcoming people. When I practice regularly I can feel the physical and mental benefits.
