Nuts for Donuts Tottenham

I placed an order on uber eats this afternoon for donuts and pies. I open the bag to see 3 items which were 2 random donuts that werent part of the order and 1 random pie. I then contacted the number I found on the website and the person who answered proceeded to tell me that I will speak to higher authority and let you know without getting my name or number. I then advised that I will be sending my colleague there to get a better understanding and to speed up the process. Upon arriving to the destination, I realised this is no donut store its actually a petrol station, after asking the person behind the counter why he didnt just cancel the order rather than giving us a completely different one, he proceeded to tell me and I quote word for word well, something is better than nothing. I was completely gobsmacked and disgusted at the response I received. I opened the pie to see what was inside and right before my eyes it was mouldy and black; the donuts were rock hard as if theyve been sitting there for about 3 weeks. This place is very misleading and a waste of money. I will never be purchasing anything from you ever again. The lack of duty of care is appalling and needs to be revaluated. Do better.

Extremely disappointed, if 0 stars were a option I would give that as a rate. Ordered through Uber eats and the order was completely wrong. Not to mention the fact the owner refused to reimburse for the wrong order. I would personally not recommend, the order we received seemed to old and stale. Literally DISGUSTING!!

Worst donuts Ive ordered in Melbourne, there were beyond stale that I feared I was going to get sick, they looked like they had hair fibre in them, do not order or eat these, they are a safety hazard, absolutely terrible.

First time I ordered, they were the best donuts ever. Soft, yummy, pretty. Ordered several times since but theyre very disappointing, stale, and orders incomplete and incorrect. Most recent batch was so stale they crumbled and crunched when bitten. Never again.
