Clare has a holistic view regarding treatment and takes the time to understand what issues you have and provide a treatment plan to achieve your goals She has help me with my sleep issues insomnia and of late a frozen shoulder She always seeks to find ways to help and improve my wellbeing. Clare communicates well, keeping informed of whats being done and why. Making for a relaxing treatment, I always feel great after a session. I first started seeing Clare in early 2019 after a car accident that left me in chronic mind numbing pain. I couldn't get 2 days out of a box of Panadeine Forte. But after 2 weeks and 4 sessions with Clare I went from 12 to 15 Panadeine Forte a day down to 2 or 3 tablets a week. The transformation was amazing and life changing. When I tore my quadricep at work leaving me in mind numbing pain and not able to walk or put weight on my left leg. Clare was literally the first person I called. My GP and Osteopath both told me I'd be off work for 8 to 12 week's. But Clare had me back at work in 5 weeks with electro acupuncture. I went for my 1st session with her on crutch's and could have left on a walking stick if I had one. I went in for my 2nd session the following week on a walking stick and hobbled out. I hobbled in for my 3rd session and limped out. I limped in for my 4th session and walked out. I then returned to work 3 to 7 weeks before everyone else told me I could. I've sent a few people including my wife to see Clare and they all have told me. How great she was and how gratefully they were for me recommending her to them. My wife used to suffer from really bad hayfeeder/or polyline allergies. She used to take really STONG prescription allergy medications that would leave her like a Zombie. But in less than 4 weeks of treatment with Clare she through her allergy meds away. I simply cannot speak highly enough of Clare and receiving treatment from her is life changing.

Clare is a master of her profession, constantly updating her knowledge on relevant topics and giving sage advice. She's also extremely personable and genuinely caring. I really couldn't recommend her more!

I suffer chronic migraines and Clare is a miracle worker! She reduces the severity or makes them recede completely every single time. Far more effective than any medication on offer! She goes above and beyond to find availability and genuinely cares for her clients.

Clare is a wonderful acupuncturist, has very caring and gentle touch and deep knowledge. She always takes time, listens to me very attentively and I feel healed, nourished and relaxed after each treatment. She also mixes herbs for me that suits my specific conditions which is extremely helpful.
