        Incredible gym. Such an amazing culture and general vibe in the place. All of the staff are friendly, supportive and welcoming and all of the trainers have plenty to offer to people of all experience levels. Very well taught sessions. Theres people training here from all different walks of life and trying to achieve different things, ranging from just trying something new or getting fit, all the way up to trying to be a state, Aussie or world champion. Whatever you want to get out of your training, Bones is the place to be! Highly recommend!

        Excellent martial arts gym! Very welcoming environment where people are friendly and the coaches are supportive. Classes run multiple times a day so its well worth having a membership. Matt and Lani have created a great atmosphere and community. Highly recommend Bones MMA!
