Sonja has an amazing ability to get right to the heart of a matter. She helped me feel safe and relaxed as I opened up to the possibility of change and feeling the way I wanted to feel. Sonja has such a genuine, loving way of working with people. She creates such a safe space, and has such a wonderful ability to really help people get to the core of what is going on, and shift something that is negatively impacting them to something positive (in a very fast way). My most recent session with Sonja was very powerful and I truly appreciated the caring and nurturing way that she guided and helped me.
