Took my young daughter (3yo) to have an eye test follow up. From beginning to end the staff were disorganised and provided no direction as to what was required of my daughter/us throughout the process. Luckily we'd done it before at the Bendigo store and had also practised through role play before the appointment. One male staff member openly indicated he didn't want to do part of the testing process because my daughter was a child. A child that turned out to have more manners and willingness than he displayed. Instead of asking my daughter to keep her head still, he place his hand on her head, not explaining what he was doing. This is my third time visiting this store. Previously staff have been lovely and accommodating, unfortunately the staff on this day had terrible customer service. Won't return. Will make the trip to Melbourne instead.

Walked in asking a price for Multifocal specs. Got served by John which I received a outstanding professional service. Will be returning to make an appointment at a later date.
