I have been seeing Quan for years and always have excellent results with his treatments. Quan is a highly professional and experienced physio - I highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to see him again. His assessment of my shoulder issue was thorough and he took a holistic view to the assessment process and treatment plan, taking into account my overall lifestyle and ensuring the treatment plan was effective but also feasible considering my muay thai training. My shoulder issue was resolved sooner than anticipated and Quan also provided exercises for continuing to strengthen it to minimise the risk of future issues, as well as general strength and conditioning exercises.
