I waited for 55min for a 3.45pm appointment on a weekday. The doctor only arrived at 4.20pm, and there were already 2 elderly patients waiting before me. I believe good practice also involve good time management and respecting everyone's time. If it is required for patients to show up on time, I'd expect the professional to uphold their end of the agreement. I do not accept that this simply "happens all the time". Come here if you have plenty of time to wait around!

This place is awesome if you need a dodgy Doctors certificate - they will believe anything - especially Dr Rania Alamudi - she got me out of loads of work. Thanks Doc - Angela Taranto x

I thought I was lucky to get an appointment on new years eve as my regular GP was away. From the moment I walked into the doctors surgery, (to give them the benefit of the doubt, I want say their name) and he asked me what he could do to help me & I told him what the problem was because I have a history of this particular condition, he decided to lecture me on providing my own diagnoses (Fair enough, they are the doctor, although their reasoning for the lecture was kind of bizarre). We got passed the background history. He gave the area affected, the most perfunctory examination, less than a minute, & told me it was not quite what I had diagnosed but there was a problem & then he prescribed antibiotics. Today, because the antibiotics they prescribed didn't work, I am still in a great deal of pain & have barely slept over the last week. I saw another doctor today & lo & behold I have what I said I thought it was & the correct antibiotics have been prescribed. I don't know what the doctor's issue was on that day, or even if perhaps I misunderstood, but his bedside manner could certainly use some brushing up. Just because your patient believes they know what the problem is, is not a reason to ignore their opinions or ensure a proper examination.
