I bought a Grange greenhouse. The quality is good. The door is short, Ive whacked my head on the frame too many times to count.

Great product and great help through the purchasing process. Our greenhouse was installed within a month and the installation crew did a great job. We are very happy with our decision to purchase from Sproutwells.

We purchased a 3180 Imperial greenhouse kit to erect ourselves on our farm in Southern NSW. In general we are happy with the design and structure which is strong and mostly easy to put together- with one notable exception- more of that shortly. But the first big problem was with the transport company. Apparently the closest it could be delivered was Wagga Wagga , about 60 km from our place. We were notified when it arrived but were given incorrect contact details for the warehouse. After several calls we found the address and were assured we could pick it up that afternoon. Drove to Wagga to find the warehouse closed at 2 pm on a weekday. Turns out it is a very small warehouse that is hardly ever open. Eventually got the number for the guy who actually works there and had to make a 2nd trip to Wagga to finally pick up the flat packs. So that was 2 x 120 km round trip just to pick the thing up. Now back to my big problem with assembly- the doors! I dont understand why the doors are so complicated, and if that is the only way they can be designed I suggest you pre-assemble them at the factory and ship them complete , after all they are flat and would be easy to pack into a carton. Specifically my problems were: sliding one part of door frame into another part - some slide easily some get stuck halfway. Why couldnt it be supplied as one part rather than two? 2nd problem, door frame corner joiners were also very difficult to slide inside frames, 2 out of eight arrived bent and two had springs missing. Eventually after a lot of swearing and frustration I managed to get the two doors assembled but with some gaps where the parts had refused to slide any further! I may not be a professional tradesman but I am a farmer and reasonably handy with tools. But those doors are a nightmare- please rethink the design or supply pre-assembled.

After a lot of research into a greenhouse to suit my requirements here in the southwest of WA I decided even with the freight cost from Geelong, Sproutwell product was by far a better investment. Customer service and after sale advice was faultless. I did not rush putting it up, and for me bracing the partly constructed unit between days was easy to do. My advice is if you hated the meccano set when you were a kid, dont try. The garden pro 2400 came with instructions and Chris Korn sent me a youtube link which gave a different view point, and yes I did have to ring the help line which was answered without going on hold! Yes it can still happen! There has been a lot of engineering going into this product and there is no need to drill or cut and the bracing makes it very sturdy. If you need force anything stop as there is something youre doing wrong. Starting with a square base is paramount. I was going to get my mates to help but really my wife and I did it without too much name calling or getting divorced.
