T&M Blinds & Drapes

We engaged with T&M blinds in April of 2023. We made an order for sheers and paid a deposit. We were in the midst of a renovation so did delay the order by a few months. Once we were ready, I liaised with the company advising them we were ready to install. From then on there were ongoing delays. Dates for installation were set then cancelled. I questioned whether or not the sheers would be installed before Christmas and I was assured this would be the case. A few days before Christmas, the installer arrived advising that they had only been able to complete 1 sheer not the 3. This sheer is slightly too short and I was not happy with the track that was installed. I advised the company of this and was assured that all would be addressed when the factory reopened in January. I again had to follow up and I advised that I needed a date for installation and if I did not hear back by the following Friday the order would be cancelled. I didn't hear back, so I followed up with an email expressing my dissapointment with the company due to the experience I have had to date. I also cancelled the order. I did not receive a follow up email from the company or a call. I am not surprised as this is how they appear to run their business. I am out of pocket and have had to engage another supplier to alter the sheers and track T&M blinds installed in addition to finishing the the original work. Very disappointed in the company. Did not receive what was promised. Poor communication. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere
