I had 3 different companies come out to measure and quote replacement of a 45 year old wooden sliding patio door. Regency was the only one that came equipped with brochures to show me what I was getting. When I asked for the barrier screen to have an external grid, Regency was the only one that said yes. When I asked for an extra handle to be placed at head height for child proofing, Regency was the only one that said yes. The installation was quick and professional, and we are extremely pleased that we found Regency. We've just had Regency replace our wooden window frames - the rooms are so much lighter and brighter!

This is the only place you should call for Windows or Doors. New ones, replacements, whatever - call these guys. Really professional outfit, tradesmen turned up on time and installed exactly what we wanted as quoted. Yes, we had to wait a while after the quote but that's what happens when there's someone doing good work - everybody wants it! Really happy with the quality of the product and installation.
