    Went to pick up parts employee cant even give me my part couldnt find part then after several calls found it they cant read or spell dont waste your time here

    Terrible product that rips off consumers. The embed a microchip in the filter, that is $180 that they force you to change every year. We inherited a house with a billi tap. Filter has reached its "expiry". No method to bypass as the company has specifically designed it to force you to buy their overpriced parts. Will be removing the tap and warning every single person we can from these vulturistic devices. They hide behind a claim that the filters need to be changed every 12 months for safety, which with Melbourne water is rubbish. Nearly every other fridge or tap filter doesn't require this and costs nowhere near the same for replacement filters in any case. Will be removing and replacing with a more ethical option. Based off the other reviews, it sounds like the service department only exists to separate consumers from their money as quickly as possible.
