After visiting the local trailer builders locally, I quickly noticed a trend in supplier. As good as some of the trailers were with added features, none of them seemed 'solid'. I decided to make the trip to Thomastown (1 hour from my place) to at least have a look in the difference in an Australian made trailer. When I arrived and employee was walking by and asked if i was being looked after only after about 3 minutes. He asked me what I was after and I explained my criteria only to find there where none ready to roll out at that moment. I asked his name and Brent continued to help me understand more about the trailer and when it would be ready to pick up. 1 week later (with the Easter break in the middle) I received a call from Michael telling me it was ready to pick up. Brent continued to assist me taking me out for an inspection and check list ensuring me all was ready on my new purchase. Registration done and I could be happier with the service, price and standard of this business. Dont bother going elsewhere, go see these guys and get a tough Aussie trailer made on site. Well done Brent, awesome assistance.

Just the best follow up service one could ask for!. I have 5 trailers from here and they are standing the test of time. I needed a small adjustment on one, Adam collected, returned and job done no fee. He stands by his products. I am very grateful for the excellent service thank you Adam,

Very easy to deal with. Had what I wanted when i called and picked it up 2hrs later. Good quality trailer. Very happy with the purchase.

We did a lot of research into purchasing a new trailer and Vic Trailers were by far the most professional and quality offering. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a new trailer locally made - don't buy a kit unit from China!

Bought a 6 x 4 heavy duty trailer, poor quality, rusting out. Doors don't open, even after constant lubrication. One doors hindge has rusted off. One tyre keeps deflating all the time. Called not to complain but to bring it in for repair and mentioned I was happy to pay for the repair. Was told they can't repair it and tried to tell me to take it somewhere else. Great customer service, not? These look good new but are not primed properly, 3 months later they start rusting.
