Oh, MATE! First of all, the menu is printed in black and white. They skimped on the extra cost to get any kind of color so I couldn't see what I was ordering. It's not even good quality black and white, imagine the worst printer on the market printed it. One of the first things on the menu is "Eat in extra $2 charge in every dishes". Obviously that sentence is just terrible grammatically. How do you not have even ONE local friend who can proof-read this menu for you. Not ONE!? This is your BUSINESS for crying out loud. Furthermore, I'm not even sure if it's legal to charge people $2 per plate to eat-in at the restaurant! Which, by the way, had absolutely zero attempt to make it aesthetically pleasing in any way. Everything about it was just completely practical with zero regard for any ambience or aesthetic - and yet they are going to charge $2 per plate to sit there and eat. It was cold, echoey and the only thing to look at was an under-stocked mechanical fridge with a slight buzzing noise. The menu lists the dishes, but they fail to mention that the dishes apparently come in two sizes: Small and Large. So, when my partner called up to order the dish, they asked if we would like our two mains in Large which we agreed to, only to find out that the large costs an extra $3 per dish. There was ZERO indication of this system on the poorly printed menu. They didn't take my partners name when we called up to order, so when I went to pick it up, it was up to me to help them decipher which order was mine. I wasn't aware of the names of the dishes that we ordered, so we had to go back and forth to figure it out. You've been in business for at least 2 years apparently - how do you NOT have some kind of system organized!? If the staff were at least polite and friendly, then my unexpected collaborative problem-solving wouldn't have been too bad, but let me tell you... First of all, there was only ONE guy in the entire shop working - and his English was TERRIBLE. Not only did he speak incredibly poorly, but he looked at me like the communication issue between the two of us was my fault. Let me tell you, I know English. I am great at English. I have friends - important people, really - who tell me how great my English is. They do, it's true. I can tell you, this guys English was the worst I've ever heard in this country. Now, I've been to a lot of Asian restaurants in my time - I don't expect perfect English - but honestly, however bad you're imagining his English was, it was at least TWICE that bad. A simple pick up, pay and leave exchange took almost 5 minutes and he had the audacity to look at me like an imbecile because I can't understand his attempts to communicate which were on par with trying to speak with a sock in your mouth. If they had even one other employee in this store then perhaps this could have been avoided. In closing, rude, completely unfit to be in customer service, unprofessional and really a terrible restaurant. The food was okay though.

I always get the combination noodles with satay sauce (the thick ones) and they are some of the best noodles I've ever had. The service is pretty bad, have been going for years and always have poor service, not friendly, all that stuff. It's put me off going back
