We had our solar system installed by Sustainable Solar Services just recently. Everything went very well. The technician came out for site inspection is very professional as well as the staff in the office. Even though we had heaps and heaps of stupid questions to ask, they are so friendly and answered every single question in detail. Highly recommand SSS to everyone. Also one of the staff - Joyce is from Taiwan and she could speak mandarin and helped me a lot with technical questions. Thank you very much guys :) !!

About a year and a half ago we embarked on replacing our old 1kWh system with a new system. Contacted a number of different companies via email and/or web enquiry with what I was looking to do. Matt from Sustainable Solar Service was the only one to get back to me with a solution to what we were looking to do, and not just to try and sell us a system. Matt listened to what we wanted to do quoted a few different systems and pointed out the pros and cons for all the systems quoted. In the end we decided to replace our old system with a new 6.6kWh system that had a battery. This is when the wonderful Joyce took over and handled all the paperwork and kept us updated, right up to installation. The installation went great and apart from a few teething issues we have had no problems. We have now had our system for a year now and we are reaping the benefits of yearly electricity usage being the same as our quarterly usage before the new system. Our bills have gone from $450 per quarter to $475 per year. I can recommend Matt, Joyce and the team from Sustainable Solar Service to buy a solar system from. You dont get the pushy salesman just trying to sell you the latest promotion system, you get someone who has great knowledge in the industry and really gets what you want.

We were really overwhelmed when we tried to navigate the solar panel industry. SSS came recommended by a close friend who had done in-depth research and was really pleased with the quality of the componentry and workmanship with regards to the installation. We can only agree that our experience has been nothing short of exceptional - our questions answered and each step in the process has been highly professional.
