Dimetal design was a great help in delivering a time crucial project. The owner personally delivered the project to ensure it was on time. Will have no trouble in recommending Dimetal design to anyone who needs some laser cutting/folding and fabrication work.

Words cannot explain the disappointment and frustration dealing with Di Metal Design has caused during my transaction. Initially I was very understanding as my job was a little tricky and had 2 parts to it. I had to get involved in managing the process as the initially staff was very un-organised and made commitments which never where kept as I had to always follow up on process and progress. Later on I was introduced to the director Gaetano who said he has taken over my job and everything would run smoothly without any issues. Once 85% of the job was finished he was never to be seen. I was 6 weeks away from my home being finished and needed him to complete the works but he never answered his calls or text messages. Everyday I attempted without failure but had no success. Finally I decided to attend his workplace in Thomastown and he did not get out of his office even though we had eye contact and had his receptionist take a message which was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. No call was made to me so I rang his office 2 days later and he finally answered his call stating I can pickup the remaining parts and find my own way of installing as he was busy and used covid as an excuse not to attend. None of his workers or himself where wearing masks when I attended his factory, there was no QR code present nor did they have any Health & Safety notices therefore the reasoning was an excuse not to finish. He was paid in full due to good will as he seemed genuine and honest but this was not the case which has caused stress, anxiety, delay in my job and disappointment. Till now I have not received a receipt for my work nor has he come to fix the defects as the initial work completed had faults like coming off the wall as the silicone used was poor. This company has no CARE, RESPECT, PROFESSIONALISM as all they seem is to want payment the minute the job is done and NO AFTERCARE. I have moved in after 6 weeks and have paid other trades people to finish off the work and fix up their defects which is just continues. The parts which where handed over for me to have installed where totally incorrect so I had to go to another supplier to have re-done which costed me in the thousands. I am not a builder nor a developer and just a normal consumer off the street who only wanted the quality and service I paid for. BE AWARE - THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE OF DEALING WITH THEM, DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT TILL JOB IS COMPLETE AND YOUR HAPPY.
