        Called to speak to someone regarding my wedderburn scale and was told that there will be a charge just to ask a question.. very poor service and will never buy a wedderburn scale again What a joke..

        We have had Wedderburn scales in our bakery for the last couple of years now. The scales have faulted on at least 6 occasions. The service response has been terrible every time. They have given false diagnostics on multiple occasions, and we have gone for weeks without the scale system which puts immense pressure on the team. This was supposed to be resolved but we have had another breakdown and they are unable to service us till Monday so once again we have to hope our staff get it right manually weighing instead of using the scale system. I would not recommend Wedderburn for use in any business. It's been a terrible CAPEX purchase and added a lot of pressure on the team, maybe if you are in a large company like Coles they will care enough about you but for a small to medium business like our there is no care factor at all.
