Barry Plant Thomastown

Initially I was very happy with Carla Vinci as property manager however, the past 12 months have proved me wrong. Barrys Plants Handyman and Barry Plant are happy to take your money for services but not follow through with the service. With numerous complaints by tenants and landlord over the past 12 months that gutters werent cleaned, despite being paid for, nothing was put into action until it rained and down poured into the house in January. Barry Plants handyman then came forward and stated he went to the wrong house! but also doesnt do double story houses. Carla and Faye state that full reimbursement to damages will be provided however, this has not been the case. I am out of pocket for insurance claim to repair the damage caused. I have taken my business elsewhere as the empty promises are not worth my property being damaged again. Barry Plant will support their tradesman more than the landlord/property. Be careful. An inspection did not occur for over 12 months either, despite the agents obligation to do so.

If youre looking to sell your house then go with Barry plant Thomastown and if I were you Id ask for Christine Constantinou to run you campaign. She is completely different to the stereotype of a sales agent. Christine is honest and upfront, she wont lie and tell you want you want to hear then make excuses when it doesnt work. Christine made the whole experience of selling our house so easy and stress free. From the start I could tell she cared about myself and my family. Thanks so much
