Suffered severe pain in my left foot for months, back and forth to the doctors who prescribed exercises that made the condition worse. Saw Nathan at Step Forward Podiatry and after examination he immediately diagnosed that my condition was serious and ordered an ultrasound and x-rays of both feet. Results showed severe plantar fasciitis, spurs and other complications. Nathan prescribed a moon boot, rest and cold foot baths and my condition is slowly improving after the damage done by exercising it when I shouldnt have. Nathan is an outstanding professional. He explains whats going on, is very caring and a complete expert. I even booked in my teen son who complained of back pain and had been to the doctors for this without it improving. After examination, Nathan prescribed specially made orthotics and now my sons back pain is almost gone. Nathan and reception staff at Step Forward are the best! If you have foot pain (or back pain) do not go anywhere else you will be well looked after at extremely low cost and Im sorry I didnt see Nathan earlier. Suffered Achilles tendonitis on verge of rupture, for a runner and professional martial artist this is debilitating. Nathan gave thorough treatment (massage, needling, advice and exercise rehab, i walked out after ultra sound showing almost 4.7mm inflamation with no moon boot. I continued work and raced 8 weeks after initial hot spot. Thanks Nathan
